At Blakk Apparel, our business is built around a quality and commitment to service. To us, there is nothing more important than your total satisfaction. If you have a defective product, please email: blakkapparel.co@gmail.com for a refund or exchange due to a quality issue.
If you are unhappy with any Blakk Apparel merchandise that you received, simply email: blakkapparel.co@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number and reason for dissatisfaction and a representative will review your request and reply within 1 business day.
Returns are accepted on defective products only, in their original condition within 7 days of purchase for refund back to the original form of payment if accompanied with the original receipt or packing slip. Any items returned without a receipt or after the designated return window will be not be refunded.
